In its tenth ordinary session held under the chairmanship of Deputy Speaker Dr. Mohammed bin Ameen Al-Jeffry, the Shura Council today discussed a number of reports submitted by the relevant subcommittees. In a statement following the meeting, Dr. Fahad bin Mu'tad Al-Hamad, Assistant Speaker of the chamber, said the meeting discussed and approved the annual report of the Saudi Posts Authority for the fiscal year 1431/1432 H. However, the Shura Council did not pass the 14-article diplomatic and official passports system, the annual report on the performance of the Ministry of Transport for the fiscal year 1432/1433 H. as well as the Customs Department for the same year, the amendments on the competitiveness system, and the annual report on the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu for the fiscal year 1432/1433 H. After thorough debate of the reports successively, the subcommittees which submitted them were given extra time to review their reports and re-submit them at future sessions of the Council.
