Saudi newspapers' editorials for today highlighted a number of current issues. Al-Yaum newspaper highlighted the visit by Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense to the State of Qatar saying the visit of the Crown Prince to Doha aims to promote cooperation between the two countries and boost the Gulf solidarity. Okaz newspaper highlighted remarks of Crown Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense about the vital role and contribution of the Saudi press to the progress of the cultural process, the national identity, the historical legacy and the national heritage. Al-Bilad newspaper highlighted the first forum on development of informal areas, which was organized by Prince Khaled Al-Faisal Chair for the development of these areas and hosted by Umm Al-Qura University saying that the development of informal areas in Jeddah and Makkah is the main concern of Makkah Region's Governor, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal. --More
