Border Guards Foils Attempt to Smuggle Narcotic Pills into Saudi Arabia

The Borders Guard in Tabuk Region foiled an attempt to smuggle more than 140,000 narcotic pills.
The Spokesman of the Border Guards in Tabuk Region Colonel Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Ghurair said "The Thermal Monitoring Unit spotted two persons coming on foot from Jordan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Immediately, the patrols surrounded the area and arrested them."
Colonel Al-Ghurair pointed out that necessary procedures were taken to deliver the narcotic pills and smugglers to the competent authority.
