Busch InBev and Grupo Modelo SAB said they are in talks with the Justice Department to try and resolve an antitrust lawsuit challenging their planned merger. The dollar rose against the euro but fell versus the pound and the yen. Light sweet crude oil for April delivery dropped $2.38 to $92.84 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Gold futures added 60 cents to $1,578.60 an ounce. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 46.92, or 0.34 percent, to 13,880.62. The broader Standard & Poor's 500 index lost 9.53, or 0.63 percent, to 1,502.42. The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index dropped 32.92, or 1.04 percent, to 3,131.49.
