More than 1 Million Saudi Local Tourist Trips In Mid-Year Vacation

Local tourist trips inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the academic mid-year vacation exceeded one million trips, and their expenditures amounted to more than SR 2,580 million.
A statistical report issued by the Center for Tourist Information and Research of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) said that total flights departing from the Kingdom during the vacation were about 507,000 trips during which Saudi tourists spent SR 1.7 billion.
It showed that the total number of tourist flights coming into the Kingdom was 438,000 trips and foreign tourists' expenditures amounted to SR 920 million.
