The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah met here today with Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and European Affairs Didier Reynders. During the meeting, they discussed trade and industrial relations between the two friendly countries, ways of their enhancement, and the promotion of private sectors in both countries. It is noteworthy that trade exchanges between the two countries amounted to SR 23, 333 million in the year 2011, while the value of Saudi exports amounted to SR 18,305 million and imports to 5,028 million. The meeting was attended by the Commerce and Industry Ministry's Under Secretary for Foreign Trade, Dr Mohammad bin Hamad Al-Kathiri.
