Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense chaired the Cabinet's session at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh on Monday afternoon. At the outset of the session, the Crown Prince praised Allah Almighty for bestowing recovery, the discharge from hospital, and good health on the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Crown Prince conveyed the King's greetings and thanks to the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their noble feelings towards him and sent his best wishes of constant good health for the leaders of Arab, Islamic and friendly countries who have inquired about his health. The Minister of Culture and Information, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja said in a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session that the Cabinet dealt with a number of local issues, and the latest events and developments at the regional and international arenas. The Cabinet commended Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud International Award for Prophetic Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies, praising the significant impact of this award in the care of the Prophetic Sunnah, which is the second legislative source of Sharia after the Holy Quran. --More
