Deputy Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet session held at Al-Yamamah Palace here today. At the outset of the session, the deputy Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques congratulated the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the recovery of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and on his being discharged from the hospital, thanking Allah Almighty for the good health he bestowed on the King. Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud expressed the appreciation of the Saudi government and people for the noble feelings the leaders of Arab, Islamic and friendly countries have shown in asking after the health of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session, the Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja said the Cabinet listened to a number of reports on the developments at Islamic, Arab and international arenas. The Cabinet renewed the Kingdom's condemnation of the terrorist bombing in Alexandria, Egypt, offering condolences to President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, the government and people of Egypt, and the families of the victims, and wishing the injured speedy recovery. The Cabinet also expressed hope that Iraqi people will achieve security, stability and development under the new government and will preserve Iraq's Islamic and Arab identity as well as its sovereignty, independence and national unity. --More
