The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says the blasts Saturday in Daraa were caused by two suicide bombers who targeted regime forces in the city, according to a report of the Associated Press. The Observatory, which relies on a network of activists on the ground, says "dozens" of regime forces were killed and wounded in the near simultaneous explosions.
