Syrian activists say an explosion in a car wash in the northern city of Aleppo has killed at least five people. Aleppo activist Mohammed Saeed said the blast killed six, according to a report of the Associated Press. The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says the death toll for the Saturday attack was at least five.
