Kuwait and Vanuatu Sign Agreement to Establish Diplomatic Relations

AlHijjah 24, 1433, Nov 9, 2012, SPA -- The State of Kuwait and the Republic of Vanuatu signed in New York last night an agreement establishing diplomatic relations aims to serve the national interests of the two countries and a desire to develop friendly relations and cooperation between the two peoples in all fields.
The agreement was signed by Kuwait's Permanent Representative to United Nations, Ambassador Mansour Ayyad Al-Otaibi and on the other side his counterpart, Ambassador Donald Kalpokas.
