AlHijjah 21, 1433, Nov 6, 2012, SPA - Saudi Charge D'affaires in Australia Redha bin Abdulmohsen Al-Nozha has said that the Saudi Embassy is making necessary efforts to follow up the murder of a Saudi student who was found dead in mysterious circumstances near the city of Gold Coast Queensland State, Australia, noting that the Embassy asked the concerned Australian authorities to expedite the investigations to know the perpetrators and bring them to justice as soon as possible. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he pointed out that he went to the city of Brisbane, the capital of Queensland State, accompanied by a delegation from the Embassy and Cultural Attaché Office to follow up the investigations conducted by Australian authorities from all its aspects; and that they visited the scene of the crime of the Saudi student and were briefed on the procedures and investigations. He reported that work is underway to complete the procedures for sending the body of the student on scholarship from Australia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as soon as possible.
