AlHijjah 6, 1433, Oct 22, 2012, SPA -- A cyclone came to the Primorsky Territory on Monday. A warning about possible emergencies is issued for the region. Torrential rains will hit Vladivostok, Nakhodka, Artyom and Patrizansk. The cyclone will go across eleven municipalities, the Russian Emergencies Ministry's Far Eastern regional centre warns. Over 50 mm of precipitation and winds of 18-23 metres a second are expected for the next 12 hours. The rainstorm may disrupt the work of systems of electricity supply, communications, utilities and impede traffic of all kinds of transport, Itar-Tass reported. All the services of the Emergencies Ministry's Primorsky regional department are on alert. Residents are recommended not to leave residential areas. The cyclone will remain in the region for at least 24 hours.
