AlQa'dah 11, 1433, Sep 27, 2012, SPA -- A storm warning was issued in the Primorsky Territory on Thursday in view of an approaching cyclone. An official at the Territorial hydrometer center told Itar-Tass that the cyclone would hit the region in the morning of September 29, bringing heavy rains in the southern part of Primorye, including Vladivostok, at first. Then the rainfall zone will spread over to the central and eastern areas of the Territory. Owing to heavy rains, the water level in most of the Territory's rivers is expected to rise by 1-2 metres and, possibly, flood farmland and roads. Typhoon Sanba swept Primorye two weeks ago. Vladivostok at that time experienced an almost monthly norm of precipitation within 24 hours.
