AlHijjah 5, 1433, Oct 21, 2012, SPA -- The Makkah and Holy Sites Traffic Command started yesterday evening preventing the entry of vehicles to Makkah and the holy sites, except for buses with a capacity of 25 passengers and necessary permits to transport pilgrims. The traffic command also began regulating the entry of motorcycles to the holy sites, and applying penalties to violators of motorcycle use instructions. More than 2000 officers and non-commissioned officers are participating in the implementation of the traffic plan in Makkah and the holy sites.
