AlHijjah 1, 1433, Oct 17, 2012, SPA - More than 16 million sacrificial meat of livestock heads have been so far distributed since the implementation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Project to benefit from sacrificial meat in Hajj season in 1403AH under the direct supervision of Islamic Development Bank Group. In its report, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) shed light on the project which aims to facilitate the ritual of sacrificial meat, noting that the project comes within the framework of continuing efforts made by the Saudi leadership to serve pilgrims to perform their Hajj rituals easily and comfortably. It noted that more than 330 charities inside the Kingdom and poor people in 27 countries have so far benefitted from sacrificial meat program.
