AlHijjah 14, 1432, Nov 10, 2011, SPA - The Project of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Benefit of Sacrificial Meat has sold to pilgrims coupons for nearly one million sheep and 2,430 camels and cows. In a press statement, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali, the President of Islamic Development Bank Group, which supervises the Project, pointed out that as many as 150,000 heads of sacrificial meat of sheep and 433 heads of sacrificial meat of camels and cows have so far been distributed to pilgrims in Mina and the poor people at the Holy Mosque of Makkah, noting that frozen sacrificial meat will be sent to 27 countries during the next weeks.
