AlQa'dah 16, 1433, Oct 2, 2012, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a message to President Ollanta Humala of Peru. The message was delivered by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani during a meeting with President Humala. During the meeting, Dr. Madani and Peruvian Foreign Minister Rafael Roncagliolo signed a cooperation framework agreement between the Gulf Cooperation Council and Peru. The signing ceremony was attended by GCC Assistant Secretary General Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Owaishg. Dr. Madani, who is heading the Saudi delegation to the 3rd South American-Arab Countries Summit held in Lima, attended a dinner banquet held by the Peruvian President in honor of the heads of delegations participating in the 3rd South American-Arab Countries Summit .
