AlQa'dah 16, 1433, Oct 2, 2012, SPA - On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani is heading the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to 3rd Summit of Arab and South American Countries which started in Lima, Peru yesterday and concluded later today.
