Qa'dah 5, 1431, Oct 13, 2010, SPA -- The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, will head the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in the 3rd Ministerial Meeting of Group of Friends of Pakistan Democracy, due to be held in the Belgian capital of Brussels on October 14-15, 2010.
