Russia: 10 Die In Plane Crash

Ten people died and four were seriously injured when a plane crashed in Russia's far eastern Kamchatka Peninsula early Wednesday, officials said.
A 4-year-old girl was among the dead, the Interfax news agency reported, citing the Civil Defence Ministry.
The Antonov An-28 went down near Palana, a village on the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk, with 12 passengers and two crew members on board.
