Under the chairmanship of Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the ministers of foreign affairs of Organization of Islamic Cooperation member states concluded at the Conference Palace here today a one-day preparatory meeting for the 4th extraordinary session of Islamic solidarity Summit scheduled for Makkah tomorrow. During the meeting, the ministers approved the schedule and agenda of the summit and reviewed a number of key reports. They also discussed ways of enhancing Islamic solidarity, situation in Palestine, particularly the holy Al-Quds, Syria, Muslim minority in Myanmar, the situation in Mali and the draft of the summit's communiqué.
