Israeli forces killed early Monday one Palestinian and injured two others at Al-Zaim checkpoint east of Al-Quds, said local sources. They said that 50-year-old Akram Badr was in a car with other people heading for work in Al-Quds. When they reached the checkpoint, the car turned around to go back to where it came from. As the car tried to turn back, Israeli soldiers manning the checkpoint opened fire at it killing Badr and injuring two passengers, who were later taken to hospital in Ramallah for treatment, according to a report of Palestine News and Information Agency "WAFA".
