Nine people were killed and one seriously injured on Monday when a minibus collided with a train in central Poland, local media reported. The victims, believed to be Ukrainian workers, included seven women and two men. Eight were killed on the spot, while another woman died later in a hospital, according to a report of DPA. The minibus collided with a train at an unguarded crossing near Lodz. Police said the collision was so strong that they could not recognize the brand of the minibus. Officials say the accident occurred after the minibus - which was transporting ten people - ignored the stop sign at the crossing, TVN-24 reported.
