German Foreign Minister To Meet Egyptian President

Germany's Guido Westerwelle is to become the first Western foreign minister to meet newly inaugurated Egyptian
President Mohammed Mursi, his office said Monday.
Westerwelle is to arrive in Cairo late Monday and will hold talks with Mursi on Tuesday, according to a report of DPA.
