U.S. stocks closed mixed Monday following the election in Greece Sunday that was won by the pro-rescue party. The dollar was little changed against the euro, and higher versus the pound and the yen. Light sweet crude oil for July delivery lost 76 cents to $83.27 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Gold futures fell $1.10 to $1,627.00 an ounce. The Dow Jones industrial average dropped 25.35, or 0.20 percent, to 12,741.82. The broader Standard & Poor's 500 index gained 1.94, or 0.14 percent, to 1,344.78. The technology-heavy Nasdaq composite index rose 22.53, or 0.78 percent, to 2,895.33.
