Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defence, expressed his thanks to and appreciation of Spanish Defense Minister, Pedro Morenes, for inviting him to visit Spain and for a warm reception accorded to him In a cable addressed to Minister Morenes, Prince Salman said after his departure from Madrid today, "There is no doubt that this reflects the distinguished relations between the two countries. I stress the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of the Interior, on enhancing this relationship based on friendship and respect and on strengthening close cooperation between our two countries''. Prince Salman expressed his pleasure over visiting Spain, wishing the Spanish Defence Minister all success and his country and its friendly people further progress and prosperity.
