Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defence, received here today Spanish Defense Minister Pedro Morenes and his accompanying delegation. At the beginning of the reception, Prince Salman welcomed the Spanish Minister of Defence, wishing him a pleasant stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prince Salman also received a message for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud from King Juan Carlos of Spain. Prince Salman and the Spanish Minister of Defence held a session of talks in the presence of the delegations of the two countries. Addressing the session, Prince Salman said, "The Saudi relationship with Spain is not just only a relationship of friendship, cooperation and mutual respect between the two countries linked by many common features and close civilization ties, but its exceeds beyond that by the exchanges of visits at the highest levels and the strategic partnership in all areas, conclusion of bilateral agreements in most of the fields and the most important thing is similar attitudes about the issues of the region and the world.
