RIYADH — Al-Kharj, Dirab, Al-Majmaah and Huraymala Leagues confirmed their places in the semifinals of the RCA Champions League which is organized by Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) in collaboration with Cricket Saudi International.
In the semifinals, Dirab will play Huraymala while Al-Kharj will meet Al-Majmaah.
Dirab League thrashed Diriyah League by 105 runs. Dirab elected to bat first and lost its in-form openers in quick succession but the middle order rose to the occasion and made sure that Dirab reached a good total of 267-6 in the stipulated 20 overs. Irshad Mubashir and Yassir Ahmed looked in fine touch and scored 76 and 91 runs, respectively. Abdul Mannan (30) and Adnan Ahmed (25) were the other major contributors. Anis and Qaiser bagged 2 wickets each, while Shoaib and Usman picked up 1 wicket each. Chasing a huge total, Diriyah League never looked in the game and lost wickets at regular intervals. Qaiser Hussain played well for his 52. Adeel and Shoaib contributed 29 each. Adnan Ahmed and Abdul Mannan shared 3 wickets each, while Saqib Saleem claimed 2.

Al-Majmaah beat Huraymala by 27 runs. Batting first Al-Majmaah posted 215-7. Abdul Waheed smashed 71 and Hamza Abbasi 70. Farooq Khan contributed 36. Rizwan Manzoor grabbed 3 wickets and Yassir Ghafoor 2. Shahzad and Zeeshan bagged 1 each.
Huraymala, in reply, managed 188. Captain Asif Butt was the lone fighter who scored 85. Dawood, Awais and Abdul Waheed took 2 wickets each, while Ibrar and Hamza Abbasi got 1 each.

Al-Kharj knocked out Hayer by 8 wickets. Batting first, Hayer posted a formidable total of 218-6, thanks mainly to Safdar's 93 not out and Ishaq's 60. Amjad contributed 24. Imtiaz Ahmed bowled well and picked up 2 wickets. Nadeem Babar, Zahid Mir and Shakeel got 1 each.
Al-Kharj raced to the target in 16.3 overs. Kamran Akram scored 60 off 29 balls, while Bilal Wani and Malik Fahad remained unbeaten on 59 and 56, respectively. The other major contribution came in the form of 32 extras. Abdulaziz and Shahbaz took 1 wicket each. Man of the Match: Kamran Akram.
