RIYADH — Riyadh Cricket Association (RCA) has decided to start the 2015-2016 season with a T20Champions League. He decision was taken in the RCA executive committee meeting which was chaired by RCA President Tariq Javed. This tournament will be organized in collaboration with Cricket Saudi International. RCA Champions League will have 6 teams in colored kits, comprising top players from all RCA registered clubs. The committee also decided to implement following playing conditions for the to provide equal opportunities to all the selected players: — Maximum of 6 players are allowed from Al-Kharj League (A Division) in 15-member squad. — All teams can have maximum of 4 players from Al-Kharj League in their playing XI. All teams must have one under-19 player in their 15-member squad and can have maximum of 4 players from one club. The committee has selected the following six teams: Al-Kharj League: Nadeem Babar (captain), Malik Fahad (vice capt.), Ayaz Mohammed, Bilal Wani, Shabir Ali, Bilal Zafar, Ayaz, Mohammed Afzal, Imtiaz Ahmed, Shakeel, Harisha Madhavan, Yassir, Muzaffar Majeed, Mubashir Hussain and Zahid Mir. Manager: Nasir Mehmood Abbasi. Huraymala League: Asif Butt (C), Rizwan Manzoor (VC), Zeeshan Haider, Waqas, Ubaid Khan, Amin Bakhty, Imran Younous, Zeeshan Ali, Tila Yusafzayi, Nadeem Shah, Shahnawaz, Suliman Khan, Adil Khan and Amjad Ali. Hayer League: Amjad Rasheed (C), Ishaq Ahmed (VC), Altaf Tahir, Abdulrahman, Safdar, Zakir Hussain, Atif Hussain, Babar, Javed Khan, Zainullah, Rustam Faiz, Wahidullah, Abdulaziz, Mansoor Ali and Mohammed Afzal. RCA CEO Nadeem Babar announced that team managers, captains and vice captains are also part of the tournament organizing committee. General Secretary Nasir Abbasi briefed about the playing conditions of the tournament.
