Adnan Al-Shibrawi Okaz/Saudi Gazette JEDDAH — Three youths involved in the corniche harassment incident are facing the charges of harassment, mobbing, public disturbance and misbehavior. A social media video showed two girls being harassed by a mob of young men in July. “Authorities analyzed the video and identified the young men involved. The authorities detained them while the investigation continued. Three of the arrested youths were found to be guilty of harassment,” said a source Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution (BIP). The source also said one of the arrested youths is 17 years of age and is being dealt with as a minor. The arrested youths confessed to their crimes identifying themselves in the video. The attorney general said the bureau has enough evidence to convict the youths.
