LAS VEGAS — Mohammed Al Qahtani has won the title of 2015 World Champion of Public Speaking in International speech competition of Toastmasters International held at here. He represented the District 79, Saudi Arabia, in the International Convention. In a keenly contested competition Qahtani succeeded with his powerful speech & great message, Aditya Maheshwaran of India and Manoj Vasudevan of Sri Lanka were declared as first and second runners up respectively. — SG
