ABHA — With heavy flooding in Asir, a man drowned after falling into a dam. Col. Mohammad Al-Asmi, spokesman for the Asir Civil Defense, said the emergency services received reports from members of the public that a man had been sighted being carried away by fast flowing flood waters in the Utoud Valley. The man's body was later recovered. He has still not been identified.
