Woman gives birth in car

MAKKAH — An Arab woman gave birth in the car on her way to hospital in Makkah on Sunday, Red Crescent spokesman Ali Al-Ghamdi said.
Red Crescent paramedics arrived at the scene and found the umbilical cord wrapped around the baby's neck. The paramedics cut the umbilical cord and took the baby and the mother to the Maternity and Children's Hospital, where they are in a healthy condition.
