RIYADH — An explosion was heard on King Fahd Road where construction work is being carried out. Riyadh Civil Defense spokesman Capt. Mohammad Al-Hamadi said the sounds of explosions were due to an electric error that occurred during construction. The Civil Defense has suspended construction work with the contractor until the problem is solved and construction is safe to resume. There were no injuries.
