RIYADH — Civil Defense teams put out a series of fires in workshops, a warehouse and at a paint factory in Riyadh. Riyadh Civil Defense spokesman Capt. Mohammad Al-Hammadi said the fires followed one after the other in eastern Riyadh, and 65 firefighting and support units had to be dispatched to the scenes. He said three expatriate workers were injured and were taken to hospital for treatment. Riyadh Emir Prince Khalid Bin Bandar closely followed efforts to extinguish the fires, he said.
