MAKKAH — The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Makkah Police arrested six Asian workers with over 200,000 altered copies of the Holy Qur'an in their possession. Spokesman for Makkah Police Lt. Col. Ati Al-Qurashi said the six Asian workers stored the altered copies of the Qur'an in a warehouse. The seized copies were handed over to the concerned authorities. Investigations are under way with the arrested workers to find out the source of the altered Qur'an copies.
