JEDDAH — The municipality razed a building project covering 600,000 sq. meters for operating without a license. Jeddah Municipality head Badr Al-Mohammadi said the land is government property and the offenders decided to randomly start a construction project named Al-Gholaa Project north of Asfan Road. He added the municipality razed over 9 million sq. meters of land during the past few months in Briman, Umm Al-Salam, Dhahban and Thuwwal. He also said the local authority published a warning on its website against trespassing on the government's property and constructing buildings without a license from the municipality.
