MAKKAH — The municipality razed 10,500 square meters of unlicensed buildings and construction projects. Makkah Municipality employee Luay Ashour said the local authority investigated and found there was no paperwork proving the buildings had planning permission. Some of the buildings were still under construction and the municipality disposed of 60 cement building blocks and 300 cement bags.
