Abdul Waheed smashes two tons in two matches

RIYADH — Abdul Waheed smashed two centuries in the two matches he played in round two of SAIB T20 tournament here.
In Al-Kharaj League, Pak Shaheen first humbled Shuraim by 84 runs. Pak Shaheen posted 287 for 3. Abdul Waheed smashed a brilliant 150. Ibrar scored 67 and Ishaq 61. Shuraim could manage only 203. Abdul Salam picked up 5 wickets, Abdul Wahab 3 and Ateeq 2.
Pak Shaheen, in its second match, defeated Amir Holidays by 85 runs. Pak Shaheen scored 286 for 3 with Abdul Waheed scoring his second hundred of the day (126). Abul Salam hit 70 and Ibrar 50. Amir Holidays was restricted to 201 for 6. Abdul Salam and Ateeq took 2 wickets each.
KFSH Blues defeated Lahore Lions by 16 runs. Batting first, KFSH Blues posted 186 for 7. Nasir Abbasi top scored with 82 and Irshad made 42. Nawaz and Mansoor grabbed 2 wickets each. In reply, Lahore Lions were restricted to 170 for 5. Mansoor scored 53 and Awais 38. Raja and Jabar took 2 wickets each.
In Hayer League, Pak Eagles defeated L'usine by 4 runs. Pak Eagles piled up 211 for 6. Farooq made 81 and Shabir 58, while Shaukat scored 39. Rustam claimed 4 wickets. L'usine fought hard but was restricted to 207 for 7. Syed Adeel top scored with 90, while Rustam and Rauf added 27 and 22, respectively. Abdul Waheed took 3 wickets and Shah Zamin 2.
Kingdom Warriors downed Bhera Tigers by 4 wickets. Bhera Tigers put on 201. Gani smashed 91 and Salman 47. Abid was the pick of the bowlers with 5 wickets. Kingdom Warriors reached the target in 19.2 overs. Hussain hit 52, Zeeshan 42 and Kamran 39. Zain grabbed 2 wickets.
White Star humbled Kashmir Strikers by 9 wickets. Kashmir Strikers collected 150. Mushtaq scored 48 and Shabir 22. Qasim, Fawaz and Mudasir bagged 2 wickets each. White Star scored the required 151 in 11.1 overs. Mudasir smashed 84 and Omar 32. Mushtaq took the only wicket to fall.
