UNDER the patronage of Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince of the Riyadh region, the kingdom's largest women's career fair “A Step Ahead” was inaugurated Wednesday. Organized by Glowork, the Kingdom's leading organization linking female job seekers with potential employers, the 3rd Annual A Step Ahead Career Fair witnesses a full day seminar with topics of discussion focusing on the women employment opportunities, training and development and unleashing potential. Over 300 companies took part in the event opening avenues of new job opportunities across all levels from entry to top management. The career fair is open daily at Al Faisaliah Hotel. With over 12,000 participants registered before the launch of “A Step Ahead” annual fair and forum have become two of the foremost employment and training events in the Kingdom. Supported by the Human Resources Development Fund, enriching the program and its offering adding more credibility to its name, as well as helping to bring together female job seekers and employers. The career fair in Riyadh will be until April 3 at Al Faisaliah Hotel, then will be hosted in Dammam on April 12-13 at the Sheraton Hotel and in Jeddah on April 28-29 at the Hilton Hotel. — SG
