QURAYYAT, AL-JOUF – Police are searching for a man wanted for the murder of a 2-year-old boy in a hit-and-run accident here a few days ago. Qurayyat Traffic Department Director Col. Abdulaziz Al-Biraithi said police have been searching for the driver of the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run but they do not have any leads yet. He said the driver should have taken the child to the hospital instead of fleeing the scene and urged him to turn himself in, adding that police will take into account his cooperation should he decide to voluntarily surrender. Col. Al-Biraithi urged anyone with information on the incident to cooperate with police for the safety and security of all citizens and to give the family of the victim a little peace of mind.
