JEDDAH — A man turned himself into the police after allegedly stabbing a woman to death with a sharp object. Makkah Police spokesman Lt. Gen. Ati Al-Qurashi said police received reports of the stabbing in Al-Salama District Monday morning. The victim, believed to be in her 20s, was found dead with multiple stab wounds. The accused initially fled the scene of the crime but later turned himself in along with the murder weapon.
