Kashmiris want independence

With regard to the post "Let Kashmiris choose their own destiny" (Feb. 7), as a Kashmiri, I want to inform both Pakistanis and Indians that we Kashmiris do not want to live with either India or Pakistan. While we support Pakistan because of some emotional connections, we have no plans to join it.
