JEDDAH – The Ministry of Interior and the International Islamic Relief Organization, Saudi Arabia (IIROSA), have signed on Wednesday an agreement to sponsor orphans of martyred soldiers. This is in line with the directive of Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Naif, second deputy premier and minister of interior. Under the agreement, one child of each security man who was killed while performing duty will be sponsored. Apart from this, wells will be dug across the Kingdom as a charity in the name of the martyrs. The agreement was signed by Maj. Gen. Ibrahim Al-Mohrej, director general of military affairs at the ministry, and Ehssan Taieb, secretary general of IIROSA, the Saudi Press Agency reported. — SG/SPA
