It's amazing that Saudi authorities have the penchant to blame expats for almost all problems in the Kingdom. In the article “Getting bad drivers off the road” (Jan. 16), an official once again picked on expats for converting their cars into “private taxis”. Again, these expats are causing traffic jams, although there are very few expats who use their car to transport their countrymen. So, the traffic jam in the city is caused by expats once again. Well, last night while driving back home from work I had passed by a burning car on the road. Guess who was the driver? It was not an expat. Please stop the biased thinking.
