DAWADMI — A mother and her young son were killed when their vehicle crashed into a truck in Dawadmi, west of Riyadh, authorities said. The crash was so violent that the vehicle caught fire. Although paramedics and firefighters rushed to the scene, they were unable to save either of the victims. Their bodies were to the morgue of Dawadmi General Hospital. The truck driver escaped unscathed. Traffic officers are still investigating to find out the cause of the accident.
