JEDDAH – A secondary school student died after falling into a sewage manhole on Sunday. Abdullah Al-Zahrani, who goes to Said Bin Jubair School in Jeddah's eastern Kilo 14 district, had the fatal accident shortly after leaving school. This is the second such incident in about a month after a father and his son fell into a manhole next to a mall on Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz Street (Tahlia Street) and died. Spokesman for the Civil Defense in Makkah province Col. Saeed Sarhan said Civil Defense teams recovered the student's body. Further details on the incident will be issued later.
