BURAIDAH — Qassim Police are investigating an incident where two policemen are accused of assaulting a young Saudi while trying to arrest him. A video clip showing the two policemen assaulting the young man went viral on social networking sites. The head of Qassim Police ordered an immediate investigation into the incident. Qassim Police spokesman Col. Fahad Al-Habdan condemned the incident and said the behavior of these officers is not typical of all policemen. While admitting that it was irresponsible behavior on the part of the policemen, he stressed that it was a rare incident.
