Saudi Gazette report Tabuk beaches overlook the Gulf of Aqaba and the Red Sea. During the summer, the Gulf of Aqaba is characterized by a moderate climate that is devoid of humidity. In the northern part where temperatures are moderate wind is common. As for Red Sea beaches, they overlook the sea from Dhiba, Al-Wajh and Umluj governorates. Haql beach, with its beauty and nature, is often the talk of gatherings as those who have visited it never forget the time spent enjoying the sunset behind Al-Tour mountains in Sinai where it is overlooked by three countries simultaneously; Al-Aqaba in Jordan, Umm Al-Rashrash in Palestine and Taba in Egypt. The beaches in Tabuk have become a destination for tourists from different regions of the Kingdom who are drawn to their natural beauty and pristine coastlines. The beaches are in need of more investment projects that will provide services to visitors and support domestic tourism. Haql governorate has beautiful beaches characterized by their various marine life. They include Al-Madinah, Umm Anam, Al-Tafeef, Al-Humaidha and Bi'r Al-Mashi beaches. The crescent-shaped Bi'r Al-Mashi beach is located in the southern part of the governorate. Al-Sultaniah, another crescent-shaped beach, is ideal for swimming as the depth of water gradually increases. Al-Shuraih beach, although small, is also considered to be ideal for swimming in.
